Jesnaira Baez aka "Jadi", was born and raised in Humbolt Park-Chicago, IL. She first stepped on the stage as a dare from a friend. After a few open mics she fell in love with stand-up comedy. Since then she has been traveling performing at colleges and clubs across the states. This funny lady has been exciting crowds with her unique brand of comedy. Featured on 2012 "TBS Just For Laughs" Break Out Comics and 2013 TBS Just for Laughs Five Star Leading Ladies. Jesnaira has also been selected comedian for the "Que Funny on SiriusXM"
Lindsay Porter is a standup comedian, storyteller, and teaching artist in Chicago. She’s performed at legendary clubs such as Zanies and the Laugh Factory, as well as bars, parks, parking lots, nursing homes, and in line at Trader Joe's. She is thrilled to be a part of Bad Momz of Comedy, where she has performed all over the Midwest and on the road in exciting places like Nashville and North Carolina.
Khristin Brooks a.k.a Khrissy Y.S.F (YeaSheFunny) is a 38 year old Comedian, and Author. Since first stepping on the stage in 2019 she’s had the privilege to perform at the TeeHee's Comedy Club Des Moines Iowa, Comedy Zone in NC & SC, The Idiot Box Comedy Club Greensboro NC, The Improvs in Orlando & Tampa Florida, The Funny Bone Comedy Club's in VA, Goodnights Comedy Club, Raleigh NC. The Anthem Theater in Washington D.C. “Because they're funny 2024 Finalists”. The American Black film festival in Miami Beach Fl.
She’s been fortunate to share the stage with comedic gems such as Deon Cole, Lil Rel, Guy Torry, MichaeI Colyar, DC Young Fly, Loni Love and Orlando Jones and many other amazingly funny comedians, known and unknown.
Jeanie Doogan started her career at the tender age of five when she quickly learned that as the youngest of eight children she needed a hook if she ever wanted to be fed, bathed, or have her existence acknowledged in any way. Failing miserably at tap dancing, Irish dancing, gymnastics, and academics, she carved out her comedy niche with kick-ass knock-knock jokes and soon rose to fame at the family dinner table with such classics as: “knock-knock.” “knock-knock.” “knock-knock! Open the door! You left me outside again!” Since her kitchen table debut, Jeanie has entertained audiences at colleges, casinos, and corporate events, and is a regular at venues such as Zanies Comedy Clubs, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Bar. She was highlighted in Chicago Parents’ Magazine’s Four of Chicago’s Funniest: Stand Up Parents, and was featured on Team CoCo’s House All Star Showcase, and Nick Jr.’s Moms’ Night Out debut stand up special.

There is convenient taxi/Uber drop-off in our circle drive located at Fullerton and Lake Shore Drive. Limited valet parking will be available. There is paid parking available at Lincoln Park Zoo. Discounted parking vouchers for the LP Zoo lot are available to purchase from Theater on the Lake for $17. You can purchase the voucher upon your arrival at Theater on the Lake.
There is also metered parking at the harbor parking lot located at Cannon and Fullerton. Additionally, there is free street parking located on Cannon just north of Fullerton.
Accessibility & Accommodations
Theater on the Lake is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Guests who need special accommodations for seating or other assistance, please purchase your tickets now, and then contact info@theateronthelake.com to make arrangements at least 5-days prior to the show.
Beverages
Bar service will be available when doors open at 6 p.m. and ending approximately an hour after the show.
